Material, micro and nanotechnology science and engineering represent an applied multidisciplinary research domain necessitating the participation of specialists from extremely varied fields such as: a) fundamental sciences: physics, chemistry, biology, mathematics; b) engineering (electronics, communications, automatics, computers, electrotechnics, metallurgy, aircraft, medicine) The programme “New materials, micro and nanotechnologies” aims at creating a synergy of the contributions made by the specialists in thes fields, thus obtaining results superior to individual opening of the way made by researchers in a single field. |
